SimplyHired is a job search site and employer applicant tracking system (ATS) owned by Indeed. It allows Indeed to test innovative features with a smaller audience before moving them to the Indeed platform. Unlike Indeed, SimplyHired charges employers for qualified applicants they request to “reveal,” providing access to the candidate's full name and contact information. This reduces bias and unnecessary spending for the employer. I was one of the lead designers on the employer applicant tracking system (ATS).
