Comcast Corporation, is an American multinational telecommunications and media conglomerate. The corporation is the second-largest broadcasting and cable television company in the world. Comcast offers customer-facing products but also requires internal tools for its employees to effectively service customers. Therefore, I focused on improving the web-based internal product specifically used by sales agents and repair engineers in their day-to-day operations.
